Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:
*amount of each ingredient will vary by size of soup pot*
Add chicken broth. Close the lid of the soup pot and allow soup to simmer on medium level of heat. I normally allow the soup to simmer for 30 minutes.
Taste the soup for saltiness level before adding a little soy sauce. Then add in the heavy whipping cream and stir. The amount of heavy whipping cream is based on personal preference. I used about 1/4 cup to keep the soup less creamy.
