Bean Burrito (Vegan)





Ingredients:
1. Black beans
2. Mexican rice
3. Vegan refried beans
4. Tortillas
5. Olive oil

Directions:
1. Cook the black beans, rice and refried beans per the directions on their package in separate pans. Spread a layer of refried beans first. It will act as a "glue". Add a little of the black beans and rice. Do not over stuff the burrito. It will not wrap easily. Wrap the burrito and ensure you tuck the sides. Brown the sides in a hot pan with a little olive oil. This will seal everything in. Add whatever spicy salsa to this dish. Enjoy!
