Cajun Pasta (Vegan)








This hearty and spicy dish is perfect anytime of the day. It taste better than take out and you know exactly what goes in it so no mysteries there. I literally just use the veggies I had on hand.


Ingredients:
1. Pasta (I used spaghetti)
2. Spinach
3. Red Onion (chopped)
4. Bell Peppers (chopped)
5. Old Bay
6. Garlic (chopped)
7. Olive Oil
8. Sesame Oil
9. Parsley (I used dried seasoning)



Directions:
Boil the pasta per package instructions. Strain. Saute the veggies in the 2 oils until they begin wilting. Add the pasta in and fold until the veggies are to your liking. Done!

Dig in!
