Ramen Noodle Soup (Vegan)




Lip smacking time. No animals had to die to satisfy your little craving. Use chopsticks to be extra bougie.

Ingredients:
1. Vegetable broth
2. Soy sauce
3. Frozen soup veggies
4. Ramen or any Asian style noodles. (You have choices in life.)
5. Red chili pepper flakes
6. Salt and pepper
7. Garlic powder
8. Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)


Directions:

Saute the frozen soup veggies in EVOO in a soup pot. Pour in the veggie broth once the veggies wilt a bit. Add in the seasonings. Let it simmer. Boil noodles in different pot per directions on the package. Strain noodles and put a serving in a bowl. Pour broth over. It's important not to mix the noodles in and let them sit in the soup because they will be chewy and taste "doughy" if you know what I mean.
